Each day has a schedule with sitting and walking meditations, yoga, a talk, and daily activities that are led by Paul Fowler, Director, Blue Lotus Thai Massage and Daren Friesen, Director of Moksha Yoga Center and Stonehouse Farm. No previous meditation experience required, but you are required to participate in silence.
