For 2011, EMRG+N+SEE moves from its previous outdoor location to become an urban festival in the middle of Portland, Oregon. This tastemaker event has cutting-edge lineups, and you can expect to hear artists that are up-and-coming from the left field, offering a wide range of live music from West Coast glitch hop to acoustic folk-funk bands to dubbed out electronica and other forms of experimental sounds. And expect to dance.
