Labor Day weekend of 2010 saw the induction of the North Coast Music Festival, a new event put on by fifty different promoters for hipsters, hippies and hip hop heads of the Chicago area. Independently produced, this festival takes place in Union Park and features eclectic lineup of local and international talent including jam bands, bass music, hip hop and straight-up rock and roll.

This is a special place for all CoCreators of Northern Nights to find rides to the festival, in time to make it to the Mandatory CoCreator Orientation Meeting.

Labeled as, “Not Your Cookie Cutter Festival,” the 4th year team behind NNMF has again curated a trendsetting lineup of international, national and local musical talent. Entering its 12th year, the annual Northwest Permaculture Convergence is an inclusive weekend-long event that alternates between the states of Oregon and Washington. The Convergence brings together a remarkable diversity of people to share their creative approaches for designing living environments, economic systems, and culture practices that thrive within ecologically sustainable limits.  Last summer saw a cosmic collaboration between some our favorite festivals and theme camps. Together we traveled to ForeverEverland, we danced on floating stages, we rallied around a pirate ship and shared sunrises over the lake. This year, we are called to return under a new banner. This year, together again, we will collectively write our own Faerie Tale, a tale beginning Once Upon a Festival… a massive collaboration featuring Envision, Lucidity, Enchanted Forest, Antennae Presents, Raindance, Sacred Spaces, Emmersion, Hookahdome, and many more characters and creators. On Sat, Oct. 5th, 2013 at 4:00pm this event will meet at City Creek Park and walk over to the conference center together to gain admittance to the Priesthood Session.

We are demonstrating our desire for Priesthood office and asking Church leaders to prayerfully consider the ordination of women. We will walk to the Conference Center together from a designated meeting location. We hope to be admitted and attend the session. If we are admitted, we will celebrate this historic event by attending Priesthood Session together.
